Here’s what I know about eTapestry after years in this space: Blackbaud bought it back in 2007, and from what I can tell, they haven’t invested much in updating it since.

Visit Blackbaud’s website and you’ll see what gets the spotlight: Raiser’s Edge NXT, their enterprise CRM. Meanwhile, eTapestry—supposedly built for small nonprofits—is buried under “View all products.”

That creates real problems for small nonprofits:
