Security and stability upgrade
We recently upgraded the underlying operating system that runs the 4aGoodCause app. This upgrade means more stability, faster processing and increased security for you and your donors.
Tribute on mobile now available
We’ve added a feature to your donation pages that allows you to display the tribute section of our donation forms (giving in honor or memory of someone) on mobile devices. While we still recommend keeping your donation form as streamlined as possible for mobile donors (to increase donations), if you typically receive a lot of tribute gifts or have donors asking for this option you can enable it.
Importing and entering offline donations
As more of our clients start to use 4aGoodCause as a CRM, we want to make it easier to incorporate offline transactions into our platform, so you can keep all your transactional data in one place.
With that in mind, we’ve recently added the ability to import donations from a spreadsheet. We’ve also made it easier to manually enter offline donations with fewer required fields and an easy-to-use contact search so you can better associate new donations with existing contact records in 4aGoodCause.
