Platform updates
Extra characters for supporting appeals
One of the most requested features is here – support for more characters in our donation and event pages. We’ve increased the character limit for the supporting appeal section from 600 to 800 characters.
This space lets you articulate better why donations are crucial for your cause. Use it wisely to tell your compelling story.
Pre-checked processing fee donations
Typically, we give donors the option to cover processing fees with their donations. Now, you can pre-check this option for them. This means that when they visit the donation page, the option to cover processing fees is already selected by default.
This option rounds up donations by 4% to cover processing fees, with the extra amount going directly to your nonprofit. Test this feature to see if it increases opt-ins.
In-app messaging tool
We’ve added an in-app messaging feature to keep you informed without cluttering your email inbox. Look for the bell icon on your dashboard to see important notifications about new features, maintenance windows, blog articles, and webinars.

Managing monthly donation subscriptions
One of the standout features we’re introducing is a dedicated section for managing recurring donations. This tool helps you keep tabs on your most loyal supporters – your monthly donors.
Subscription management dashboard
In the ‘Subscriptions’ section, you can see all your recurring donations, their statuses, the amounts, and other details. This dashboard gives you a snapshot of your recurring donations so you can act promptly if any issues arise.
Handling flagged subscriptions
Subscriptions get flagged when a donor’s payment fails. You will see these flagged subscriptions easily, allowing you to update payment methods quickly. Reducing donor churn is critical, and this feature helps keep your monthly donors active.
Easy edits and updates
With our new interface, you can now edit subscription details directly from your nonprofit admin panel. Change donation amounts, update payment methods, or cancel subscriptions as needed. This feature makes it easier for you to provide excellent customer service to your donors.
