What percentage of contributions, if any, does your service retain?
Zero. Unlike other providers, we do not hold out a percentage of contributions.
Are there any credit card fees?
Yes. Your payment provider handles your credit card processing. All payment providers charge transaction fees. These typically range from 1% to 3% of each transaction. 4aGoodCause does not charge transaction fees.
What counts as revenue?
The total value of your online donations and online orders. Manually entered, offline transactions are not counted.
What happens when I go over my revenue limit?
Let’s say you’re on the $20,000 in revenue per month plan. If we notice that you’re consistently going over your revenue limit we’ll reach out to you and get you to upgrade to the next level. There’s no “automatic shut off;” we’ll continue to allow you to collect donations. Clients on an annual plan that exceed their revenue limit will be asked to upgrade at renewal.
