We (Catawba College) were ready to support an effort to start accepting gifts on line. Our desire was to offer and facilitate another option by which our alumni and donors could make gifts to the college. We needed assistance in establishing internet merchant accounts as well as a secure page to accept and process credit card information. We researched various services but found OpenConsult to be the most accommodating and most reasonably priced. From the start, they were a very hands-on operation and assisted our web designer in creating a customized page that was easy to use as well as secure. We have seen sustaining success in this venture as additional gifts accumulate. We have received compliments from our donors and they appreciate the ease in making a gift on-line. We are currently making plans to further market this option and expand its customization. OpenConsult seems prepared and available to aid us as we move forward.

OpenConsult worked with us to develop a platform to accept online conference registrations, online member and associate enrollments, and online donations. Ronald Pruitt worked very closely with us to make sure that the forms met our needs while maintaining the look and feel of our current website.
